This is an example of a creative kitchen. You know that moment when you’re about to make something you make all the time, but accidentally you run out of some ingredients and end up making a whole new thing… And that thing turns out to be just amazing?!
This was our case. We came up with this recipe once, now we use it on heavy rotation. It works amazingly on top of any pizza, pasta and veggie bowls! Also, you can use it as a dip.
Ingredients
5-6 leaves of basil
a clove of garlic
2 tbsp of lemon juice
olive oil
some water
75g of peeled almonds
75g of pine nuts
3-4 tbsp of nutritional yeast
salt & papper

Just blend it up until creamy and enjoy!
